If you are struggling with sleep problems Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions can really help. Clients often report an improvement in sleep, even when sleep wasn’t why they came to see me in the first place. We also focus on the impact that a deficit of sleep is having on other areas of life and how we can improve that. We look at how perspective has an influence on our ability to cope with every day life and consider how to change our approach and our thought patterns. This can have a big impact on being able to manage all sorts of situations, making life much better.


Initial Consultation (50mins) £70


In the initial consultation we talk about how sleep problems are affecting you and discuss ways that we can improve the quality of your sleep through hypnotherapy sessions and any other changes that you can make that might also help. I will give you my relaxation track which can help to improve the quality of your sleep.


Hypnotherapy sessions (50mins) £70


The number of sessions required is hard to predict, some people need more repetition and improvement can be gradual over a period of 8 sessions or so. Other people may see improvement much more quickly. Some clients choose to continue sessions for longer, especially if they find benefits in other areas of life and want to fully embed these changes. Sessions are booked week by week and it is always up to you to determine whether you want to continue with sessions.
