I provide Menopause Support in two different ways:


Menopause Consultation (50mins) £70


The Menopause Consultation does not involve hypnosis and has a solution focused approach. This means that after talking about how the menopause impacts your life we then focus on how you want your life to be and what you can do to move towards that desired future. Because it is a tailored session we can maximise the benefits for your particular circumstances.


The mind body connection enables us to be in control of how we feel emotionally and physically through how we think and the actions we take. By exploring that connection in the Menopause Consultation we can come up with practical steps that are within your control.


These are things that you can do to change how you feel and improve your physical and mental wellbeing, reducing menopause symptoms and feelings of anxiety, low mood or brain fog, improving sleep and increasing energy levels. 


Making changes to improve specific symptoms you are experiencing may also result in you finding that other problems that you used to have will also be resolved without even focusing on them specifically.


Hypnotherapy Sessions (50mins) £70


I also offer hypnotherapy sessions to help with menopause symptoms. This would begin with an Initial Consultation to determine how hypnotherapy sessions may help you, followed by weekly sessions.


You may of course choose to follow the Menopause Consultation with hypnotherapy sessions afterwards.

The menopause is experienced by half the population and yet it has historically been seen as taboo and not spoken about. Its impact is wide and varied, every woman has her own experience.
